Just Another Week.....

Of course we are still recovering lasts weekend and all the fun! Just glad we went to last week's game and not last nights t-he Bucks got their a** kicked!

This week construction started- JP is installing hardwood floors in the great room and kitchen. It looks wonderful and I will post some pics when it is all done. It really has changed how the room looks, with the floors and furniture re-arrangement the room looks soooo much bigger! We are also getting 6 panel doors done for the downstairs!!! My almost 12 year old had her well check this week and she if already 5 foot!!! At this pace she will be taller than me, she already can wear my shoes. I am also not sure if alien has taken the real Allysa but she has been wanting to hug and snuggle with her mom. I am trying to take the positive view but I suspect there is more to it :)
Today- it will be like all the other Sundays this month. Steelers and D2 Cowboys!!!

The Holiday's part 3, 4, etc....

The Holidays are over and what a whirlwind. Over Christmas Grandma and Pap Mascolino were here and then later that weekend Aunt Melanie came for visit with Gabby and Maddy. This was a big surprise for Allysa. Ashlee figured it out because Grandma bought the special milk Aunt Mel needs- ugh the kid is tooo observant.
Next, New Years and a belated 40th Birthday Party for Christa. Christa was born on Christmas day so it is hard to have something then but there was NOOOO WAY we were going to let it go by!!!! I think she was actually surprised and that is hard to do!!!
The Bucks won the Rose Bowl!!!! So, now I am hoping the Steelers can pull off a win and all the stars align so they can make the playoffs....Trying to stay positive in the New Year - lol!
As much as homework and activities drive me nuts I cannot wait for the school routine to return to normal. The girls have been complaining and fighting because we have had nothing to do the last 2 days!!!! Someday they will appreciate the days you can just chill!!!

All is Quiet....

I know it is hard to believe but we had a fairly quiet weekend.
We went to James to watch the Buckeyes and then came home and chilled. Kevin left a little over half way through for the WV because Sunday he was headed with my brother to the Steeler versus Chargers game.
The girls and I hung out Sunday and then watched the game. Overall, it was a good football weekend, the Bucks and Steelers WON!!!
Then before you knew it, Monday was here again. Of course, I am counting down the days to Friday and our crazy weekend. It is Michigan week so Saturday we have more than 1 party to make an appearance but it will fun!
