Glamour Girls

It has been a weekend of dances, parties, and lots of glitz. Allysa went to her 1st dance. Emily Z invited her and Julia to her church valentines day dance. Originally, it was scheduled for the 5th and that was the first hit of all the snow so it was this weekend. Kevin said her outfit was a flashback to the 80's and Madonna! Of course, she had one extra accessory and ace bandage to protect her finger. The good news is today forward it can get wet so the stitches can start to dissolve. I suspect it will be tender for awhile!
Next, Ashlee went to Abbi and Alli's glitz and glam birthday day party. Ash was mix of dressy and funky! All the girls looked adorable and loved seeing their how each of their personalities came out in their outfits. I loved Emmy B- she sticks to who she is and it is refreshing! Since it was a sleep over, I will hear all about it later!!!
Brenda and I took advantage of it and went to dinner then watch The Ugly Truth at her house. Christa later joined us and brought all the fixings for us to continue drinking Lemon Drop Martini's. It took some experimenting but we think we finally got it right!! Between the experimenting and the movie it was ALOT of fun and laughter! Just like kids, you buy them all these toys when they are little and what do they play with the most- the pots/pans, empty boxes etc... Ginger is in love pot holders. She jumps on the counter to get them, plays with them and then tries to hide them. She actually has one down with all those darn toys I bought her!!!
